If you have purchased Backyard Bookie in the
past, but have lost your registration ID, we can recover it for you.
You must still be using the same e-mail address that you used at the time
of purchase.
(Note, if you purchased the
product through a retail supplier, you must have registered
your purchase with MicroFest in order for us to be able to find your ID.)
If your ID lookup is successful, we will
e-mail the Registration ID of your latest Backyard Bookie purchase.
Please note that we may not have yet updated our database with the most
recent purchases.
The e-mail should normally arrive within
minutes, but could be delayed for various reasons including issues with
your e-mail account web server. If you do not receive the e-mail within
an hour or so and are receiving other e-mails for that e-mail address,
then try once more.
If you are still having problems or are not
using the same e-mail address anymore as you did when you purchased the
product, contact us. Give us
as much information as you have about your purchase that may help us
locate your ID (e.g. your name, address, phone number, approximate date of
purchase, order number, etc.) In most circumstances, we will respond
within 48 hours. |
