If you use AOL as your Internet
browser, you may run into problems downloading and installing Backyard Bookie. Before
purchasing, you may want to test out the product. We encourage you to follow the instructions on the
Trial
Download page, test out the software, and then decide if you would like to
purchase.
The area of potential trouble
involves the download
of the Backyard Bookie software installation package.
Make sure you can download the software and install it
properly. Some
AOL browsers cut off downloads after a certain size is reached. We do have
an "alternative download method" that you
should try if you are having problems with the normal download from the
Trial Download page.
When you purchase the software using a credit
card, you receive an e-mail that has a download link for the full-sized download
file. It is likely that this download will not work properly for you
because AOL cuts off the download before it is completed. (The file received should be approx
3.2 Meg.) You can use the alternate download
method to load your purchased product.
If you have already installed the
product from our trial download page, there is no need to download the
product or install it again from your purchase confirmation e-mail. Simply
use the registration ID provided in the e-mail to transform the "trial" version
to a fully functional version of Backyard Bookie.
Please
contact us us if you have any
questions or problems.
